Through our Trucking program, we offer different job opportunities in U.S. Organizations. We match the vacancy according to your needs, skills, and goals.
You must be a U.S. Permanent Resident. You may obtain your permanent residence through an EB-3 visa (known as a Green Card) and must have a U.S. license to legally work in America.
Through our Drive Your Dream program, we assist you with your immigration and relocation process.
- Be at least 23 years old
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
- A valid commercial Driver’s License (or equivalent in your country)
- A clean Criminal & Immigration Record
- A minimum of three years of verifiable commercial driving experience
To qualify for the EB-3 visa you must prove that you have a valid and permanent job offer from a U.S employer and that you meet the qualifications of the job description.
Once you have the job offer, you must file the application in the U.S. embassy, complete your medical examination and submit the required documents:
- Employment offer from a U.S employer
- Approved labor certification and petition
- Your DS-261 confirmation page
- Your signed medical and vaccine documents
- Valid passport
- Resume and your academic achievements
- Proof that you have no criminal records
In the Trucking program, we file ALL your documents for you. We also give you legaland immigration support throughout your entire EB-3 visa application process.
If you are married, your spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 can legally relocate to the United States with you. In Visa Solutions Trucking, we guide each member of your family with their immigration and relocation as well.
The EB-3 or Green Card processing time can be from a low of 1 to 3 years, depending on your job and application.
