PROFILE PICTURE
Take a color photo with your phone. The photo needs to be RECENT
(Not older than 6 months) and with the following characteristics: front view, bare face, from the waist up, white background, and VERY CLEAR.

PASSPORT
Valid passport (valid for at least 6 months)

VISAS
-Valid Tourist Visa if you have one, on both sides
-If you have had Work Visas, send ALL YOU HAVE HAD, AS WELL AS YOUR AMERICAN SOCIAL SECURITY CARD.

COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSE
Valid driver’s license that accredits you as a professional driver in your country.

PROOF OF PSYCHOPHYSICAL APTITUD
Valid medical report.

BIRTH CERTIFICATE
Scanned and legible.

MARRIAGE LICENSE
If you are legally married, we need a copy of the Marriage License.
If you were legally married, we need the certificate that proves the termination of the previous marriage (divorce or death of the previous spouse).

CHILDREN’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE
If you have children, we need the Birth Certificate of each of them (applies in all cases, even if you have not included them in your Process)

DRIVER ACCIDENT HISTORY
Go to the facilities of the Federal Highway Police and request issuance of a non-infraction letter

LETTER OF INFORMATION AUTORIZATION
This is provided by Visa Solutions. Print it, sign it and send it scanned and legible.

RECOMENDATION LETTER
From companies where you have worked or are working as a Truck Driver.

EVL (Employment Verification Letter)
An essential document for your process is the Letter, where your employer is confirming that you worked or work for them. The minimum experience of the North American Government to verify is 12 MONTHS, so it is enough that one of the companies in which you worked for an equal or greater period of time corresponds to what you declared in your initial Perm Questionnaire provided to you to meet the requirement. Introduce yourself to the company where you are going to request your EVL (letter) and explain to them that you are doing your Permanent Residency process for the USA, for which the North American Government requests that you present this letter.
-The text must be in English
-It must be printed on the letterhead of the company that issued it to you.
